CANCELLATION POLICY.

We at La Beauté Spa Du Jour take pride in our warm and caring atmosphere. One aspect we enjoy about our spa is the opportunity to provide quality care and individual attention to each and every guest. We enjoy having personal time with you. We will make every effort to remind our guests by telephone, text, or e-mail prior to the appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request a 24-hour notification prior to your scheduled appointment. A client who misses any appointment(s) or cancels any appointment(s) within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

ETIQUETTE.

In order to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at La Beauté Spa, we kindly request that you silence your phones upon entering the spa and to refrain from speaking on your phone around other guests.

PERSONAL COMFORT.

Your comfort is important to us. During your treatment, please let your therapist know if you would like special attention in a particular area or feel any discomfort.

PROMPT SERVICE.

To maximize your enjoyment of spa services, we request that you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your first scheduled treatment. Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. Because your spa therapist is reserved especially for you during your designated treatment, kindly note that we will try to accommodate a late arrival as best as we can, but we may need to reschedule the appointment.
